Enterprise Sales Manager

We are Agroptima, a startup in full growth and expansion, located in the field of agriculture.
We were born with the idea of facilitating an efficient management of the exploitation by allowing to record the daily work from the field and later, consult all the information both from the web and from the mobile App, saving time and costs.
Would you like to join the fastest growing agritech startup in Europe? We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to launch Agroptima in a new strategy to tap Enterprise market segment and build this new business line

What will you do?
- Contribute to the start-up of a new line of business
- Handling off all possible incoming potential clients
- Qualify leads, priorize your sales pipeline and close deals
- Daily work with CRM for continuous information update
- Work closely with the marketing team
- To hold conversations with a wide variety of stakeholders, and to adapt the speech on each occasion
Are you the perfect candidate? We are looking for:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably by phone
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Spanish native, and advance English level
What could be nice to have?
- Previous experience B2B selling Saas products
- Experience working in Startup or Pymes environment
- Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM’s
