Job offer: Senior Sales Manager France

Location: Barcelona (training in Paris)

Are you looking for building and managing your sales team in an innovative startup? We’re looking for someone with proven experience building up a Sales team and with a proven track record in sales. Working directly with the France CEO, you will be responsible to create, manage and develop the French sales team in Barcelona. Your team will directly influence Agroptima’s international expansion success.

What is Agroptima?

Agroptima is the easiest farm management software with over 2,000 farmers managing half a million hectares with it. This makes Agroptima the N°1 farm management app in the Apple Store and Google Play. Our next challenge is the biggest agricultural market in Europe: France. To tackle the challenge we are building a fearless sales team!

What’s the job like?

  • Build the sales team: recruit, onboard, train and increase their performance
  • Manage the French sales pipeline and convert leads into clients
  • Set up Sales Managers (SM) objectives and assign targets
  • Create and optimize the sales process
  • Monitor, analyse and report the weekly and monthly KPI’s to the France CEO
  • Work closely with the France CEO on defining the upcoming strategy
  • Providing feedback to develop the French product

What is the perfect candidate?

  • Proven experience in hiring and managing SM
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the SaaS or agriculture industry
  • Good analytical and organisation skills
  • You never give up and find solutions to problems
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • Native French and fluent English
